James O. Doersam

James O. Doersam is the retired owner of Petron Oil, a gasoline and fuel distributor; Chillicothe Electric, an electrical wholesaler and Oil and Battery, an automotive parts distributor, as well as general partner of Doersam Real Estate. In addition to serving on the board of the Chillicothe-Ross Community Foundation, he is currently the chairman of the Ross County Park District, president of Downtown Chillicothe and president of the Chillicothe Country Club and serves on the board of the Chillicothe Rotary Foundation. Jim is also a member of the Sessions for the First Presbyterian Church of Chillicothe. Previously, he has served as president of Community Improvement Corporation, Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce, AAA East Central and Ohio Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Association and represented Ohio for the Petroleum Marketing Association of America. Jim graduated from The Ohio State University with a BA in business and a Varsity “O” in lacrosse.
