James “Jim” Barrington, Esq.

James “Jim” Barrington, Esq. is a practicing attorney who has also held the elected offices of City Law Director and City Auditor for Chillicothe. He had a general practice of law in the community for many years and has served on many boards of the non-profit community. He was chair of the Ohio Board of Bar Examiners, a Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General and is a U.S Air Force veteran.
