Betsy Nusbaum

Betsy Nusbaum moved to Ross County 45 years ago when her husband returned to his hometown to establish a dental practice. Betsy served on the Chillicothe City School Board for two consecutive terms, and during these eight years was a representative to the Chillicothe Education Foundation. She also served as a board member for the Pickaway Ross Joint Vocational School. Betsy was pleased to be appointed to the original board of the Majestic Theater, Inc., working on fundraising to save and renovate a historic landmark in her community. At the present time, she volunteers at the Good Samaritan Food Pantry, a supplementary food provider for Ross County residents. She graduated from Ohio University with a BS in Education.
